SPRING FAIR Saturday 19th May 2012
from 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm
(Stallholders can set up between 9am and 10am or at 12.30 if not taking part in the sponsored walk)
St John’s Hall, Old Coulsdon (Marlpit Lane, Opposite Bradmore Green pond)

Fun activities for everyone as well as a raffle with fantastic prizes! Light refreshments, lunch and drinks will be available.

Please contact Nathalie (nathalie@chergui.co.uk) on 07972 180855 to book a table or register your interest. Tables cost £20 to raise funds for this challenge and we would be grateful for any donations and raffle prizes to help fundraise for this humanitarian rally.  To help you cover the cost of this we would suggest you set up a game on your stall, for example, £1 to guess the number of sweets in the jar the winner gets the jar of sweets or you could ask people to pay to enter a draw by giving you their contact details and the winner receives a prize that you have donated and you get new contacts. All winners will be announced at the end of the event.

SPONSORED WALK followed by Spring Fair
Leaving from St John’s Hall, Old Coulsdon
5 mile walk to be enjoyed with the whole family. Discover Farthing Downs and Happy Valley in its spring glory and make new friends along the way.

The minimum fundraising target is set at only £100 per person or £200 per family. This can easily be achieved by most people: ask £10 from each of your friends, colleagues and members of your family, and you are in for a wonderful day out in good company! Better still, ask them to join you! (If we can raise thousands of pounds, a few hundred should be a piece of cake for anyone!)

And talking of which… this walk will be followed by a well-deserved lunch and refreshments back at St John’s Hall, where you will be able to relax and enjoy the Spring Fair organised with the help of our friends at Advocate Events.

Please contact Nathalie (nathalie@chergui.co.uk) on 07972 180855 for more details and request a registration form.
